Matiz Restaurante & Café was born on September 13, 2021, at a time when the world was still facing the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Amid uncertainty, we saw the opportunity to bring to life a dream that had lived in our minds for years: to create a space where gastronomy would blend with identity, essence, and creativity.

Why Matiz?
